Refund policy
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
If more than 30 days have passed, the item is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
Please note:
- We do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

Ensure your item meets return eligibility requirements.

- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or replacement
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl records
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
- Returns requested after 30 days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 1–4 business days.

Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email yworldshop@gmail.com.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

Cancellation Fee
A 20% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Customs & Taxes
Customers are responsible for all import, customs, and local tax fees.
UK customers may incur additional customs fees due to Brexit regulations.
Gifts
We do not offer refunds for items marked as gifts.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Do not return items to the address on your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns we do not receive.
